In Novokuznetsk, on the territory of the former timber warehouse of KMK, they plan to build a retail park consisting of four shopping centers.
In addition to them, the retail park will include a fast food cafe and a car wash. According to representatives of investors, the project will help create at least a thousand new jobs and considerable tax revenues.
According to the developers, the retail park will mainly include large discounters. Boutiques will take up the least amount of space. A food supermarket will be located in one of the premises.
