Most often, after opening in Moscow, and, in some cases at the same time, tenants are considering placing a store in St. Petersburg, - says Anna Nikandrova, regional director of retail real estate at Colliers International. - Scandinavian chains often enter the Russian market through the Northern capital. However, with all the saturation of St. Petersburg with retail space, there are very few projects that meet their requirements for opening a flagship, and there is a waiting list among potential tenants in them.
