Praedium Oncor International signed an exclusive contract for the lease of the premises of a shopping center in Petrozavodsk.
5-storey shopping complex with a total area of 12 sq. m is located in the center of Petrozavodsk, at the intersection of the main city highways: Lenin Avenue and Anokhin Street, in an area with a high level of car and pedestrian traffic. There are administrative and business buildings, shopping centers, educational institutions, railway and bus stations near the shopping center.
Currently, two phases of the facility with a total area of 8 thousand square meters have already been implemented. m, and at the end of the 4 quarter of this year it is planned to commission a new line, the area of which is 4 500 sq.m. By the end of 2011, the total area of the object will reach 12 500 sq.m.
Taking into account the area and location of the object, the concept involves the placement of a fashion gallery, children's and sports goods stores, related products - gifts, accessories, bijouterie, catering establishments on the squares of the shopping center. Various premises from 2 to 800 sq.m. are offered for rent. Agreements have already been signed with such federal companies as O'stin, Zenden, Diva, Tervolina, etc.
The concept of the new line of the facility involves the placement of branded chain stores of clothes, shoes, children's and sports goods, restaurants, cafes.
The implementation campaign has already interested a number of large federal network operators of clothing and footwear, electronics, and perfumery products.
“The object is interesting, first of all, for its location, as well as for its rather profitable planning solutions.
