Praedium Oncor International has completed the development of a concept for a specialized shopping center in the Moscow region. The object is located on a plot of 1,5 hectares not far from the junction at 120 km of Novoryazanskoye highway in the town of Lukhovitsy. Work on the development of the concept of the shopping center was carried out in the interests of the owner of the facility - a large Moscow bank.
Lukhovitsy is a small district center in the southeast of the Moscow region with a population of 32 thousand people, where the production of MIG aircraft is located. In the course of the work, the specifics of a particular project were taken into account, namely, the proximity of the M5 federal highway, significant transit traffic flows, as well as a high level of competition from the district shopping centers.
“At the moment the construction of a two-storey building with an area of over 3000 sq.m. completed by 80%.
