Shopping center to be built in Ramenskoye
Shopping and entertainment center (SEC) with a total area of 46,5 thousand square meters. meters will appear in the city of Ramenskoye, near Moscow, according to a press release from Knight Frank, which is appointed as a consultant on the concept and brokerage project.
“Now the site is being prepared, it is planned to start ground work in October-November,” a representative of Knight Frank told RIA Novosti.
Commissioning of the complex is planned for the first quarter of 2014, the message says.
It notes that a three-story shopping and entertainment center, the rented area of which will be more than 29 thousand square meters, will be located at the intersection of the main streets of the city, Chugunov and Levashov, near the railway station.
“The concept of the project provides for a balanced pool of tenants, including such anchor tenants as a grocery supermarket, a cinema, a home appliances and electronics store, goods for children, a supermarket of sporting goods, cafes and restaurants,” the company adds.
The complex will be equipped with underground parking at 494 parking lots.
The developer of the project is the Moscow-based Sfera Group company, which has large retail and entertainment complexes in the cities of Kolomna and Lukhovitsy in the Moscow region in its portfolio, retail.ru writes.
