During the Euro Shoes Premiere Collection exhibition, held from August 20 to August 23 in Moscow, a business program was held for the first time. It was organized under the auspices of Shoes Report magazine and consisted of three workshops. The seminar was moderated by regular magazine expert authors who talk on the pages of the publication about the peculiarities of forming the assortment of the store, working with staff and the legal aspects of retail.
The program proved to be very useful for the visitors of the exhibition and received many positive reviews. Maria Gerasimenko, CEO of Clever Fashion, spoke about effective ways to increase sales, Vladimir Fokin, founder of the law firm Fokin and Partners, explained the risks of small businesses and ways to eliminate them in an accessible and simple form, and Yulia Veshnyakova, CEO of the company Academy of Retail Technologies ”, told the audience about psychological tools for working with personnel, including motivation and protection from manipulation by subordinates.
