33 shopping center may close in Tatarstan

After the tragedy in the Kazan shopping center "Admiral", the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan authorized inspections that revealed about a thousand violations of fire safety rules in the shopping center. Now the Prosecutor General's Office of Tatarstan demands to temporarily close 33 shopping centers in the republic.

Earlier, Ildus Nafikov, the prosecutor of Tatarstan, instructed to conduct inspections in 239 stores and shopping centers to verify compliance with fire safety standards. The results of the inspections were disappointing: about 2 of thousands of violations were detected at 172 shopping facilities.
