Festival of New Culture Opens at CHA

The festival, which is being held for the second time, is conceived as a large-scale event covering almost all spheres of modern culture and primarily aimed at creative youth - students and recent graduates of universities. The first festival of new culture, held in January 2010, evoked a lively response from those who are interested in culture and creativity in the broadest sense of the word.

The aim of the festival is to demonstrate cultural phenomena and works of art that express or interpret the attitude of modern youth. The festival is an attempt to find the answer to the question: with the diversity and accessibility of means for self-expression unprecedented before, is it worth waiting for an equally unprecedented flowering of creativity?

The festival will demonstrate not only the immediate prospects of art, but also the unexpected possibilities of the central house of the artist, who promises to transform beyond recognition and even turn into a platform for a round-the-clock rave.

The festival will cover all areas of culture - from street art to media art, including music, film, design, fashion, theater, etc.

The festival of new culture will take place throughout the territory of the central artist's house - from the street under the columns to the mezzanine floor. But a kind of "place of power" of the Festival will be the basement, open around the clock: during the day it is an exhibition hall, at night - a music platform.
