Now the program of complete reconception of the existing shopping center "IDEA", located on Truda Square, in the city of Volzhsky, is being launched. As a result, the format of the object will completely change from the home center, as it is now, to the center of discount stores.

The IDEA discount store center will operate in a new format from December 2014. The updated concept of the IDEA shopping center will combine the Family Hypermarket MAGNIT grocery discounter, Technomarket-Discount, the first discount for household appliances and electronics in the city, Predator-Discount, an active recreation store, and a shopping gallery of 40 discount stores. predominantly federal brands belonging to the mid-price and low-price segments.

Negotiations are currently underway with representatives of leading federal networks developing their discount areas. Casting is also held among local regional companies, which are ready to introduce modern discount strategies for their stores in order to increase turnover.

The total area of ​​the object is 15 thousand square meters. meters (GLA - 12,5 thousand square meters. meters). Reconception of IDEA in the center of discount stores will be fully completed by the beginning of December 2014.

A unique feature of the project is that during the entire period of changes to the shopping center "IDEA" and all shops located in it will be open to visitors.

The program of reconception of the shopping center "IDEA", developed with the participation of international consultants, was organized with the aim of expanding the shopping area of ​​the facility by creating a targeted shopping center that is relevant to the market. According to the calculations of IDEA MC, after the reconception the flow of buyers will increase by at least 30% and will amount to more than 12 thousand people on weekdays and 15 thousand people on weekends.
