"Aura" appeared in Yaroslavl

The Aura shopping and entertainment center opened in Yaroslavl with an area of more than 120 thousand square meters. Avni Akwardar, President of Renaissance Holding for Russia and the CIS, who was present at the opening ceremony, said that two Aura shopping and entertainment centers in Novosibirsk and Surgut were awarded the title of the best large regional shopping centers in Russia according to Commercial Real Estate Awards in 2011 and 2012 respectively. “We hope that very soon Aura will become a favorite place of leisure and recreation for local residents and guests of the city. This year we will compete for this title with Aura in Yaroslavl, ”promises Mr. Akvardar.

The mall's tenants include such large retailers as: Perekrestok, Media Markt, Sportmaster, as well as the Kosmik entertainment complex and the Kinomax multiplex. They will act as anchors. International fashion brands are presented in the shopping gallery of the complex. These are Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, Oysho, Stradivarius, Bershka, H&M, Reserved, Mohito and a number of others.

According to Elkhan Karimli, Managing Director of Renaissance Development, Yaroslavl Aura differs from its competitors in the city’s commercial real estate market by its successful location and unique tenant pool, which includes many retailers who entered the region for the first time. “We have many brands that have not been opened in the Yaroslavl region before,” he says.

In Yaroslavl, the Aura shopping and entertainment center opened, the area of which exceeds 120 thousand squares.
