“The decline in prices is associated with the outflow of tenants, a decrease in the number of lease transactions and, as a result, a drop in rentier income,” the company explains.
Negative trends in the street retail segment (premises on the first floors of the main shopping streets) covered 25 out of 56 regions. The largest decline is observed in Mordovia and the Sverdlovsk region (-9% each, to 37 thousand and 50 thousand rubles, respectively). An 8% decrease was noted in the Orenburg and Tula regions, by 7% in the Vladimir and Tambov regions.
