In "AFIMALL City" for the New Year will open "CHILDREN'S WORLD"

The oldest chain of stores of goods for children "Detsky Mir" will open its new supermarket at the end of December 2015 in the shopping and entertainment center AFIMALL City. The multi-brand store will open its doors to visitors on the 4th floor of the shopping and entertainment center, its area will be about 900 sq. m. "Detsky Mir" is the most famous domestic brand, which for almost 60 years has been offering customers a full range of children's goods, including 30 thousand items - from diapers and toys to children's furniture. The store in the AFIMALL City shopping and entertainment center will present the most popular categories of goods for children from 0 to 12 years old - shoes and clothes, toys, creative goods, hygiene products and baby food. It is planned to update collections of clothes and footwear up to eight times a year. The Afimall City store will open with a revamped retail concept with new service standards, new retail equipment and a new interior design. “The Moscow region is one of the most priority for us, and therefore, considering opportunities to expand our presence, it was decided to open a new Detsky Mir store in one of the most central locations in Moscow - AFIMALL City shopping and entertainment center. We positively assess the business prospects here and are confident in the success of our store in AFIMOLL, - said Vyacheslav Khvan, Deputy General Director for Business Development of the Detsky Mir Group. “Detsky Mir successfully maintains high rates of network expansion: since the beginning of the year, more than 60 supermarkets have been opened, and by the end of 2015 it is planned to increase the number of new store openings to 100”.
