United by a single concept of cultural recreation in the very heart of Vladivostok, they complement each other favorably in the framework of the project “The Old Courtyard of the GUM”.
Among the key tenants of the Vladivostok GUM is the ZARA store, which is located on three levels - the first and so far the only store of the Inditex group of companies in the Far East, the Kofein coffee shop, TD Zoloto.
“Based on the results of the reconception, the Vladivostok GUM will turn into a professional and modern shopping center filled with popular and sought-after brands, while retaining its historical significance as the main shopping center of the city,” says Irina Kalinicheva, senior consultant at STORES SHOP. “The GUM, newly opened for Vladivostok, promises to be as comfortable as possible for all visitors and will be targeted at a wide target audience - from youth to families with children, from city residents to foreign tourists.”
TD "Vladivostok GUM" is the oldest trading house in the Far East (founded in 1893), has a total area of 7 sq. m and 236 trading levels with GLA 3 sq. The facility is located in the historical center of Vladivostok, surrounded by residential and office buildings, the coverage area is the entire city.
The GUM Old Courtyard, which opened on December 18, 2015, is a unique project in which the space previously occupied by the Chinese market has turned into a full-fledged entertainment street.
