In February, the training center of the Obuv Rossii company and Orisol will accept the first students

The training center is based at the Shoe of Russia factory in the city of Berdsk, Novosibirsk Region, its course is primarily intended for the training of designers, fashion designers and engineers who work with modern CNC machines, 3D programs.

On December 12, the inauguration of the training center, a joint project of Obuv Rossii and Orisol in Berdsk, took place. Investments in equipping and launching the center amounted to 20 million rubles. It is planned that recruitment to new groups will be carried out once a quarter, with this mode, 30-50 specialists will be trained at the training center annually. With the increasing demand from shoe enterprises, the frequency of seminars will increase.

“A few years ago, shoe manufacturing technologies changed fundamentally: we switched from tailoring shoes in bulk to flat tailoring, which required the adaptation of models and manufacturing techniques. This revolution is related to the automation of shoe cutting and tailoring processes, and Orisol was the origins of this revolution, which was the first to develop a new type of machine with programmed control, and is still the undisputed leader in this market. - comments Abi Steinbach, vice president of sales and marketing at Orisol. - Now in the Russian footwear market, new technologies are not yet so widespread: in all, a little more than 100 Orisol automated sewing machines work here. However, we see great prospects and evaluate the growth potential in 10 times, that is, up to 1000 machines. ”

The training center is primarily focused on the training of designers, designers, technologists and engineers who work with modern CNC machines, 3D programs. The training will include three parts: an introductory course that will last 2 weeks and takes place in the center, its main content is building models of shoes on new machines, developing a pallet; the second block will include directly starting the machines in the factory where the trained specialist is working; and the third part of the training will take place after some time (2-3 months) at the enterprise, when employees will have experience in operating new machines and they will need to better understand the specifics of the functioning of automated systems.

“One of the tasks of creating the center is the introduction of new technologies in the Russian shoe market and increasing its competitiveness. The experience of domestic factories shows that at the first stage, automated systems allow 5-6 times to increase labor productivity. However, with a deeper development of the technology, this indicator can be brought up to 6-8 times. Automation makes it possible to produce a more complex assortment, mainly casual shoes, half-sports, sports and special footwear. The introduction of new technologies is advisable for the production volume of 1000-1200 pairs per model, i.e. these are factories with output from 250-500 thousand pairs of shoes per year, which are the majority in Russia, ”comments Anton Titov, director of the Obuv Rossii group of companies.

The geography of the training center is Russia and the CIS countries. The first course will begin in February 2017 of the year. At the same time, 8 students can study at the center, primarily engineers, designers, technologists and designers. The tuition fee will include only the cost of consumables - components and equipment. Depending on the assortment to be sewn, the course will cost from 10 to 20 thousand rubles. The teachers of the center are engineers - “Shoes of Russia”, who have already completed training in Taiwan. Also, once every six months, Orisol specialists will come from Israel, Bulgaria, Taiwan to conduct training programs for advanced users of Orisol technology.

Orisol - An Israeli company, a world leader in the production of automated sewing complexes. New machines are being developed in Israel, and production is based in Taiwan and Brazil. Orisol was the first in the world to produce a new type of machine with software that fully automates the shoe-making process, and has since been the undisputed leader in this market. This is an innovative company that equips factories of the fifth technological generation, characterized by a high level of automation of production.
