Tomaso Trussardi, the company's general director, specially flew to Moscow to present the new Trussardi collection in the flagship brand boutique in GUM. And on Thursday, reporters were shown a new collection of men's and women's clothing, shoes and accessories for the spring-summer 2017 season. Its decoration was the iconic Trussardi Lovy Bag, made in three sizes (large, medium and small) and in different colors and materials.
The store has two brand lines: the luxury Trussardi and the more affordable Trussardi Jeans, there is no third line of the TruTrussardi brand (the company stopped its production about a year ago). The color palette of the Trussardi spring-summer 2017 collection is canary yellow, pale pink, light blue and gray, complemented by the color of wet asphalt, beige, marsala, fuchsia and brick-ocher. Designers of the brand actively use floral prints, images of antique sculptural heads and the logo of the brand in clothes, bags and backpacks, many models from the finest soft leather and suede. The colors of the shoe capsule are noble blue, saturated yellow, pink, gray, materials - genuine leather, snake leather.
The new store is decorated in the laconic style traditional for the brand, which combines classic and modern. The greyhound emblem, the iconic symbol of the Trussardi fashion house, is used on doorknobs and as decorative ornaments. The whole space reflects the brand’s DNA: quality, sophistication, luxury.
The opening of the flagship in GUM was the next step in the framework of the brand expansion strategy in the Russian market. According to Alessandro Sicoli, head of the press service and PR department of the Trussardi brand, Russia, along with China, is currently one of the priority markets for the Italian company.
