A new version of Timberland boots has been released in collaboration between the American brand and the Japanese clothing brand Nonnative. The traditional smooth leather of Timberlands has been replaced with shaggy suede.
To ensure that the boots are not only interesting in terms of design, but also functional enough, the inside of the shoes is also protected from bad weather thanks to the Gore-Tex membrane.
The addition of Gore-Tex also provides a higher level of breathability. The durability of the sole has been increased by the addition of Vibram rubber.
The boot comes in beige and appears to be monochromatic, although black and white contrast stitching runs along the entire seam of the shoe, while the stamped tonal Timberland logo is nearly hidden on both the side panel and the tag. The boot comes with three different sets of laces in black, beige, and the boot's traditional two-tone tan. The price of the new Nonnative x Timberland 6-Inch Premium Gore-Tex Boot is $220.
The Nonnative x Timberland 6-Inch Premium Gore-Tex Boot is priced at $220 and will release on Friday, February 28 at retailers including Nonnative, Coverchord, Beauty & Youth, Kith Tokyo, and select Timberland Japan stores. The boot will also be available at Timberland's U.S. online store.
