In the summer of 2024, Lipetsk began a comprehensive reconceptualization of the Europa shopping and entertainment center, one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in the city with an area of 60 thousand square meters. During the renovation, a redistribution of retail space is expected to provide space for large chain and fashion brands.
Currently, there is an active renovation of the general shopping areas to create more open and functional spaces that will attract visitors. As part of the reconceptualization, it is planned to increase the share of clothing, footwear and accessories stores by placing large chain retailers. Also, after the renovation, the shopping center will feature more points of sale in the categories of "electronics", "household goods" and other formats that have historically been successfully implemented in "Europe" and are still in demand.
The author of the new concept of the shopping center "Europe" and the exclusive consultant of the facility is NF Group. "We plan to jointly relaunch the shopping center "Europe", making it not only the main shopping, but also the key public space of the city, where residents and guests of Lipetsk will come for fashionable shopping and pleasant leisure," says Evgeniya Khakberdieva, regional director of the department of commercial real estate of NF Group.
