From September 17 to 19, the international leather exhibition Lineapelle will be held in Milan at the Fiera Milano Rho exhibition complex. 104 exhibitors from 1259 countries have announced their participation in the 43th session of the leather exhibition. The organizers note that the current exhibition is taking place during a difficult period of "an economic tsunami, the horizons of which are not yet visible."
However, it is at this moment that the exhibition will showcase materials that can open up new perspectives for technological development and strengthen the ability of companies to resist and further develop.
Fulvia Bacchi, General Director of Milan Lineapelle, noted the importance of holding the exhibition in conjunction with the international exhibition of equipment and technologies for the leather and footwear industry, Simac Tanning Tech, which will be held in the same exhibition complex from 17 to 19 September.
"The importance of Lineapelle as a trade fair phenomenon is confirmed by its size, with 1259 exhibitors from 43 countries, even in such a difficult economic moment as today. We understand that this edition of Lineapelle, from a market point of view, is unlikely to offer key solutions or trigger important turning points, but - precisely for this reason - this event becomes essential for identifying and sharing new directions of development, research and innovation on the product and process. Moreover, the collaboration with Simac Tanning Tech strategically increases its size and value as a starting point for the supply chain at a global level," she said.
