The most expensive street retail premises are concentrated on shopping streets in the center of Moscow, including Kuznetsky Most and Nikolskaya, where Western luxury brand stores operated. But the closure of some luxury brand stores on these streets did not provoke a decrease in rental rates, on the contrary, according to NF Group, rates in these areas in January-June increased by 5% year-on-year.
