Between January and October, shoe imports declined by 20%

In January - October of the 2016 year, imports of textiles and shoes decreased by 20% compared to the same period in the 2015 year and amounted to $ 717,5 million, these figures are given in the report of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation.

The decrease in the value of imports of shoes in October 2016 year compared to the previous month amounted to 33,2%.

At the same time, purchases of imported footwear in October 2016 increased by 9,8% compared with the volume of imports of this category of goods in October 2015.
