In the Moscow region, the “Land for 1 ruble” program was extended for the purpose of import substitution

The “Land for 1 ruble” program operating in the Moscow region for the purpose of import substitution allows entrepreneurs to expand their production or launch a new import-substituting project. The program has been extended until the end of 2024, reports mii.mosreg.ru.

As part of the program, investors can receive one or several plots of land in the Moscow region at a rate of 1 ruble per year for the construction of a production facility in the field of import substitution. The land is leased for three years. If during this time the entrepreneur has fully implemented the business plan for the provided plot, he can buy it for 15% of the cadastral value.

You can select a land plot within the program yourself and apply for it on the investment map of the Moscow region: https://invest.mosreg.ru/investor/map, created within the framework of the regional investment standard introduced in the Moscow region. An entrepreneur can also submit an application for site selection: https://invest.mosreg.ru/investor/import-substitution.&n

One of the projects implemented under the “Land for 1 ruble” program was the construction of a garment factory for the production of casual clothing and underwear. The Stroysetresurs company is investing 96 million rubles in the construction of the factory. Proceed with the construction of a production and warehouse complex with an area of 1800 sq.m. the investor plans already in the 2nd quarter of 2025. The company expects to commission the new complex in 2027.

Warehouses, administrative, business and support premises will be built on a land plot of 1,7 hectares. The rate of one ruble per year will remain for the entire duration of the lease agreement.
