HOLLYWOOD is being built in the Primorsky district - the largest and most populous in the city. The multifunctional shopping and entertainment complex is located at the intersection of three highways (Kolomyazhsky, Bogatyrsky and Ispytateley Avenue) directly at the exit from the Pionerskaya metro station.
HOLLYWOOD will house one of the most extensive fashion galleries. A unique two-level space on the top floor of the complex will be reserved for a food hall and a restaurant area with outdoor terraces and a shared lounge space. In addition, the concept of the project includes a growing trend towards the creation of public, cultural and educational spaces in shopping centers: there will be venues for scientific, educational and cultural events, exhibitions, master classes, lectures and festivals, art spaces and coworking, children's sports and development studios.
“HOLLYWOOD is the most anticipated project of recent years, and we are confident that it can become a new attraction for the Northern Capital,” says Irina Tsarkova, Director of the Retail Real Estate Department at Nikoliers. “Due to its unique concept and regional scale, this multifunctional shopping and entertainment complex attracts key Russian retail players, some of the companies are developing new concepts for their stores specifically for HOLLYWOOD.”
