In September, imports of shoes decreased by 32%

According to the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, in September 2016, the value of imports of goods from non-CIS countries amounted to $ 15 million and decreased by 309,2% compared to August 2016.

At the same time, imports of textiles and footwear decreased by 20,6% and amounted to $ 881,7 million, machine-building products - by 3% to $ 8 million, chemical products - by 269,9% to $ 1 million.

The volume of purchases of footwear in September 2016 compared to August 2016 decreased by 32% and amounted to $ 213,9 million. At the same time, in September 2016, compared to September 2015, purchases of footwear increased by 1,3%.
