On October 7, Moscow police raided three major shopping centers in the capital and revealed violations of the mask regime by visitors. The raids were carried out in three shopping centers - "Good!", "Oceania" and "Gagarinsky", - writes "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" with reference to the head of the department of district police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Donskoy district of Moscow Vitaly Golota.
During the raids, 53 administrative protocols were drawn up under Part 2 of Article 3.18.1 of the Administrative Code of Moscow (Failure by the citizen to comply with the requirements of the city's regulatory legal acts aimed at introducing and ensuring a high alert regime on the territory of Moscow, including the failure to ensure self-isolation).
The fine for this violation is 4 thousand rubles.
