Aviapark, the largest shopping center in Moscow and Europe, has summed up its work in the second quarter of 2016. During this period, 14 new stores were opened in the Aviapark shopping center, with a total area of over 14 sq. M. As a result, the rental space in the Aviapark shopping center was 000% occupied, and the vacancy rate dropped to 80%.
During the reporting period, the pool of fashion galleries (in different price segments) was significantly strengthened in the shopping center. Among the new discoveries are Vagabond and Portal shoe stores, as well as fashion stores Armani Exchange, Stefanel, Lion of Porches, Brusnika, Terranova, Palmetta, Golden Point, DIM, Gloria Jeans and others.
Forza karting center returned to the shopping center, occupying a parking lot. In the vicinity of the “Pilotage Arena”, the “Tsel” game center (a new generation shooting gallery), the cross-fit “Zavod”, the family quest “Chocolate Factory” and the children's playground “Kamamama” were opened.
It is also worth noting the opening of the flagship hobby hypermarket Leonardo and the cosmetics store Rive Gauche.
In the third quarter of 2016, Aviapark is expected to open another 14 new retail outlets of different brands, with a combined area of more than 10 000 sq.m. Among the announced discoveries there are Pinko, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp, House clothing and shoe stores, as well as Trend Island department store.
Shopping center Aviapark is the largest shopping center in Europe in terms of area. On its territory there are about 300 shops, as well as cafes and restaurants, a modern multiplex Karo SKY 17 Aviapark, the unique Arena Pilotage, the ARTPLAY Media hall, a year-round ice rink and an 24-meter cylindrical aquarium with tropical fish.
