In the early 1990's, the brand moved to Italy, the birthplace of the shoe industry. Having studied the unique Italian experience in creating high-quality fashionable shoes and leather products, in 1993 Vagabond returned production to Sweden. Today, almost 100 people work at the Vagabond headquarters in Varberg, and, taking into account the international team involved in production and sales, there are about 500 people. The founders and owner of the Vagabond brand are still involved in all everyday work issues and the main goal of the team to this day is to create a global design brand that produces shoes and accessories for a wide variety of customers.
From season to season, a team of 20 Vagabond brand designers and professional shoe makers develops new collections, combining modern style and handmade quality in them.
