Westfalika has opened an online store

In early March, Obuv Rossii Group of Companies, which owns the Westfalika chain of shoe stores, opened its own online store selling shoes and accessories westfalika.ru. In a year, Obuv Rossii plans to reach 10 orders per month.

“The online store is a new additional service that we provide to our customers. - comments the director of the Obuv Rossii Group of Companies Anton Titov. “Entering the online trade market will allow us to expand the geography of sales, as well as attract a younger solvent audience, for which online shopping is primarily a time-saving”. In recent years, the fashion segment has broken out into the leaders of the Russian e-commerce market. According to RBC.research, in 2013 this segment grew by 42,4%. The growth driver of this market is the regions: almost 40% of sales come from regional cities with up to 1 million people.

“The competitive advantage of our online store is that we have an extensive retail network throughout Russia and thus the infrastructure for delivering goods to any region has been created. - adds Anton Titov. "This allows us to reduce logistics costs, offer customers a pick-up service from retail outlets and, in general, more effectively solve the problem of prompt delivery of goods."

The range of the Westfalika online store will be wider than the range of offline stores. The prices of the retail network and the online store will be the same, but at the same time, unique promotions will operate for online shoppers. For example, a special promotional system for sending discount coupons has been developed for registered users.

Delivery of goods is free when ordering from 3000 rubles and is carried out by partner courier services and post offices. Also, buyers have the opportunity to try on and return an unsuitable product. At first, you can pay for the purchase with cash. In the future, electronic payments with Visa and Master Card bank cards, through Yandex money systems, PayPal, Qiwi wallet, etc. will be introduced. You can also leave a request for an installment plan and microloan - financial services offered by the Obuv Rossii retail chains through the site.
