Tod's Owner Rejected Group Sales Assumptions

The head of Tod's luxury home, Diego Della Valle, rejected speculation about the possible sale of the group, most of the business of which belongs to his family, writes Business of Fashion.

One Italian newspaper reported on Monday that the Della Vale family is reorganizing the holding and that this procedure may be related to preparation for the sale.

Currently, the Della Vale family owns 60% of Tod's, known for its moccasins and leather accessories, through two separate holding companies.
