The Ministry of Economic Development of Crimea has filed a lawsuit against a subsidiary of Zenden Group, KrymShoes, to terminate the agreement on the conditions of activity in the free economic zone in Crimea. The claim was accepted for production on July 2, - writes RBC.
The main claim of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Crimea is that the “KrymShoes” company does not fulfill the terms of the contract. The KrymShoes company was founded in 2015 by Zenden Group with the aim of building a shoe factory in Crimea. Zenden Group intended to invest 1 billion rubles in the plant construction project. In 2017, the enterprise was supposed to start working, and in two years to reach a production capacity of 1 million pairs of shoes per year. However, in 2017, the project was frozen. As the president of Zenden Group, Andrei Pavlov, explained, the reason for stopping the construction of the factory was a conflict with the developers, which the company is also still trying to resolve through the courts.
At the same time, the construction of a factory in Crimea awarded Krymshuz the status of a participant in the free economic zone and provided tax incentives and the right to import goods, components and equipment into the territory of Crimea duty free.
At present, they are going to deprive Krymshuz of this status. According to the representative of the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development of Crimea, the circumstances of the case will be considered in court, and the issue of reimbursement of tax preferences is within the competence of the tax authorities and will also be determined in court.
As we wrote earlier, according to SPARK-Interfax, in September 2017, CrimeaShoes were allocated 22,47 million rubles by order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. in the form of subsidies from the federal budget. Credit line with a limit of RUB 300 million. opened RNKB for Zenden.
