Moscow authorities auctioned 79 real estate with a special rental rate
The starting cost of each lot is 4,5 thousand rubles per square meter. The offer is valid only for representatives of small businesses, writes new-retail.ru with reference to a statement by the head of the Moscow Department for Competition Policy Gennady Degtev.
79 non-residential properties at a special price only for small businesses were put up for auction through the Moscow Unified Trading Platform. Bidders will compete for the size of the annual payment, with the winners will enter into lease agreements with a fixed rate for a period of 10 years.
The area of lots sold varies from 100 to 300 square meters. The premises are located on the first and ground floors of residential buildings, in administrative and commercial buildings. In total, by the end of 2018, it is planned to sell about 300 rental objects for the NSR at the auction.
Real estate objects are located in ten districts - the Central Administrative District, the Northern Administrative District, the Northern Administrative District, the North-Western Administrative District, the Eastern Administrative Okrug, the Southern Administrative Okrug, the Southern Administrative Okrug, the Southern Administrative Okrug, and ZelAO.
“On average, 8 participants submit applications for the lease of objects for the NSR, last year this figure was seven applicants per lot. The total cost of objects on average increases by 180 percent, some lots go at the starting cost, ”said Gennady Degtev.
The next auctions will be held on April 5, 2018.
