Obuv Rossii will invest 460 million rubles in the creation of a modern production and logistics complex in the Novosibirsk region

The Obuv Rossii group of companies will build a new production complex and a distribution center with an area of ​​25 thousand square meters in the Novosibirsk region. For these purposes, Obuv Rossii leases a land plot of 5,5 hectares in the city of Ob, not far from the industrial and logistics park. Now the new industrial facility is at the design stage, construction will begin in 2013. The estimated volume of investments in the project will be 460 million rubles.

The footwear production and warehouse center of Obuv Rossii, which are located in Novosibirsk, will be moved to the new site. The capacity of the shoe factory, which is part of the Obuv Rossii group of companies, now amounts to 350 thousand pairs of shoes per year. The new production complex will produce 500 thousand pairs. The projected Class A distribution and warehouse center will be almost three times larger than the existing one, and its area will be 20 thousand square meters.

“The relocation of production facilities and logistics centers outside the business center is a trend in recent years, characteristic of large cities,” comments Anton Titov, director of Obuv Rossii. - Allows companies to reduce logistics and personnel costs. "
