In the city of Vladikavkaz will open "Trading Quarter"

A shopping and entertainment center will appear in the capital of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania in two years, the project of which was undertaken by the Torgovy Kvartal group of companies, specializing in the development and management of shopping centers. The group of companies started designing the Vladikavkaz shopping and entertainment center. The opening is scheduled for the third quarter of 2016.

The anchor tenants of Torgovy Kvartal, which will have an area of ​​85 sq m, will be a food hypermarket, household appliances and electronics and sporting goods stores, as well as a multiplex cinema, a children's entertainment center and a Physics fitness center. It is known that "Torgovy Kvartal" will become the largest trade and leisure project for both Vladikavkaz residents and residents of nearby settlements.

Andrey Chmutov, General Director of Torgovy Kvartal Development, states that there are no high-quality shopping and entertainment centers in Vladikavkaz where one could buy goods from leading international and federal brands, as well as relax, spend time with family and friends. “Our complex is designed according to world standards,” the head of the company notes. "This will provide the residents of the region with maximum opportunities for quality leisure and shopping." Mr. Chmutov says that the Project is being implemented as part of the program for the integrated development of the trade infrastructure of the Republic within the framework of the 2012 agreement between the Government of the Republic and the Torgovy Kvartal Group of Companies.
