In 2015, the first professional shopping and entertainment center will open in Vladivostok. The company STORES SHOP was chosen as the exclusive broker of the project.
The shopping and entertainment center is part of a modern multifunctional complex, which, in addition to the trading component, includes a business center. The total area of the mall will be about 128 000 sq.m rentable - about 50 000 sq.m. The parking capacity of the entire complex is designed for 1 500 parking spaces.
The anchor functions in the mall will be performed by a hypermarket, large-format stores of household appliances and electronics, sporting goods, children's goods and a fashion gallery. In total, more than 150 stores of large international and Russian brands are planned in the center, including those first introduced in the Far East. The entertainment functions of the complex will be realized through a multi-screen cinema, a large entertainment center and a restaurant area.
The shopping and entertainment center will be located on 100 Avenue, Vladivostok, one of the main city routes. The location of the future complex has all the necessary characteristics for the successful operation of the shopping complex: location within the city on a major highway connecting the entire city, a high level of transport and visual accessibility, convenient access roads.
“Vladivostok is very much in demand by network retailers, but their development potential was limited by the lack of high-quality trading floors in the city,” said Diana Zaznobina, partner, leading consultant at STORES SHOP. “Finally, the first professional project“ enters ”the market, and we, proceeding to brokerage, at 100% are confident in its success.”
45 international networks are represented in Vladivostok, which is only 11% of the total number of networks operating in Russia. Of the 61 open store, most are presented in street retail format.
The mall project will be presented at MAPIC 2013 at the Russian Square by Boutiques Shop (R 36.20) booth. The presentation of the project will take place at the stand on the first day of the November 13 exhibition at 11.30.
