The second phase of Outlet Village Belaya Dacha is scheduled for late December

The launch of the second phase of the largest outlet complex in Russia, Outlet Village Belaya Dacha, will take place at the end of December 2014. Opened in August 2012, Outlet Village Belaya Dacha became the first complex of an innovative format for Russia, the work and concept of which fully meets international standards. The total area of ​​the first phase of the complex is more than 21 square meters and contains boutiques of such world famous brands as Furla, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Levi's and many others. Outlet Village Belaya Dacha is the only complex on the territory of which multi-brand stores are located at once from three well-known Russian distributors - TSUM, Jamilco and Bosco Di Ciliegi.

Over the two years of operation, the main investor of the project, Hines, has attracted about a hundred world-class brands to cooperate, who offer their collections and products with discounts from 30 to 70% all year round.

In April 2014, Outlet Village Belaya Dacha won the Commercial Real Estate Awards 2014, an annual professional award in the field of commercial real estate in the category "Retail Real Estate: Outlet".

With the opening of the second phase, the total area of ​​Outlet Village Belaya Dacha will reach 35 000 square meters, and the number of tenants will exceed 170, which will make the complex one of the largest in Europe.
