Nike and Converse have unveiled a new line of apparel and footwear created in collaboration with the upcoming feature film Space Jam: A New Legacy. The world premiere of the film is scheduled for July 14, 2021. The Space Jam x Converse Run Star Motion sneaker will retail this week, the brand's latest silhouette, which was created specifically for the release of the movie.
The Run Star Motion is inspired by the acclaimed Converse Run Star Hike. The upper remains the same as in the prototype, but the new Run Star Motion features a CX Foam midsole. The redesigned outsole features traction lugs.
The sneaker features a galactic 'Server-verse' print and a bold orange Converse All Star patch on the medial side and matching tongue tag. Rounding out the look is a white CX foam midsole and a blue / black rubber midsole. The "Space Jam: A New Legacy" x Converse Run Star Motion sneaker will hit Converse's website and will be available at select retail stores this Friday. The price for the shoes will be $ 125.
