Revenue of Afimall City shopping and entertainment center increased by 11%

Over the nine months of 2014, the revenue of the Afimall City mall reached $ 82,7 million, thus increasing by 11% compared to the same period last year. Then this indicator was equal to 74,5 million dollars.

Net operating income was 64,3 million dollars, showing an increase of 33%. The average monthly consumer traffic in September alone increased by 8%. The occupancy rate of the premises was 82%.

“In the third quarter of 2014, AFI Development continues to demonstrate strong operating results, while the overall macroeconomic situation in Russia is characterized by negative sentiments,” commented Lev Leviev, executive chairman of the board of directors of AFI Development.

Afimall City is a shopping and entertainment complex in the center of Moscow. Includes six ground floors, as well as three levels of underground parking. Shopping galleries accommodate about 400 stores, the food court area - more than 50 restaurants and cafes. It is the flagship project of the development company AFI Development.
