Revenue of Obuv Rossii Group of Companies for 9 months of 2020 decreased by 22,5%

The decrease in the proceeds of Obuv Rossii Group for 9 months of 2020 amounted to 22,5% - to 7,034 billion rubles. compared to 9,071 billion rubles. for 9 months of 2019. The total comparable revenue (like-for-like) of the Obuv Rossii group of companies decreased by 6,9%. The installment payment service portfolio for 9 months of 2020 decreased by 13,4% compared to the same period last year - to 2,233 billion rubles ., the growth of the portfolio on cash loans for 9 months of 2020 amounted to 24,5% compared to the same period last year - up to 2,882 billion rubles. 

It is noted that the marketplace project launched last year allowed the company to significantly expand its range. The share of partner products in the group's retail revenue reached 28%. Now in the assortment of stores and online platforms

The group continues to develop the project of partner points for issuing orders. At the same time, one of the drivers of business growth is currently cash loans. For 9 months of 2020, revenue from activities for the issuance of cash loans increased by 29,6%. 

In the reporting period, the group achieved a significant reduction in operating costs, in which lease payments account for a significant share. In the second and third quarters of 2020, the group actively interacted with landlords to reduce the cost of rent. This made it possible to reduce rental costs in Q3 by RUB 55 million, which corresponds to a 16% decrease in the total rental cost. In general, over 9 months, the company reduced the rental cost by 20% (213,5 million rubles). 

In the third quarter, the group continued to implement its strategy to increase the share of long-term borrowings in the loan portfolio and to reduce the cost of financing, for which it agreed with the main creditor banks to extend credit lines with a decrease in the cost of financing. In August, Obuv Rossii Group of Companies placed exchange-traded bonds in the amount of RUB 500 million.

GC "Shoes of Russia" was founded in 2003, has its headquarters in Novosibirsk and an office in Moscow. The company operates 846 stores (175 franchises) under the brands Westfalika, Pedestrian, Rossita, Emilia Estra and Lisette, and develops footwear and apparel brands for

active lifestyle S-tep, all.go and Snow Guard and owns two shoe factories in the Novosibirsk region. In 2019, the group's revenue amounted to RUB 13,7 billion, net profit - RUB 1,7 billion, EBITDA - RUB 3,6 billion.
