Swedish fashion brand Acne Studio has teamed up with football kit manufacturer KAPPA to create an ultra-fashionable capsule of sportswear, footwear and accessories that combine classic sportswear codes with Acne Studio's signature motifs.
The flame, as the signature symbol of Acne Studio, has become the main design element, which is present on the upper of sneakers, in prints on football jerseys, in the design of the women's Bowlina bag (which was presented to the world in the Acne Studios SS25 fashion show).
It is noteworthy that the ambassador of the collaboration was the British musician, the king of trip-hop Tricky, whose music is very close to the founder of Acne Studio, Johnny Johansson.
"Tricky's music has had a huge impact on my life. I've been a fan of his for a long time, and it was worth working with him on this project," he admitted.
Tricky, in turn, noted: "Great people. A really fun day. I usually get nervous in a room full of strangers, but they made me feel right at home."
The Acne Studios x Kappa collection is available online March 27 and at Acne Studios April 3. The sneakers in the collection are priced at $540, while the Bowlina bag is priced at $1,950.
