The Melissa x Scholl collaboration has been released.
The familiar silhouette of wooden-soled sandals from the American brand Scholl was reimagined this spring in the signature transparent plastic of Brazilian footwear brand Melissa. The American brand decided to celebrate the 70th anniversary of its iconic wooden sandals, the Pescura, with the release of a capsule collection in collaboration with Melissa.
The Melissa x Scholl collaboration centers on two models: the Melissa Possession Pescura Heel and the Melissa Pescura Heel. The former is a reimagined version of the Melissa Possession and Scholl Pescura Heel sandals. The capsule collection's color palette includes translucent shades of green, brick red, black, and brown, as well as signature crystal embellishments in a fish-scale pattern.
The shoes are crafted from Melissa's signature Melflex material and complemented by anatomical Scholl insoles. The Melissa x Scholl collection launched on March 4th and is available at both brands' retail locations and on their websites. The Melissa Pescura Heel retails for €109, while the Melissa Possession Pescura Heel retails for €119.
