Through the collaboration, adidas and Stella McCartney continue to combine technological design with a conscious approach to fashion. The main color of the collection is metallic. It includes a zebra-print sports bra in black and silver, leggings, an ultra-light oversized TruePace windbreaker made from recycled polyester and adidas by Stella McCartney ULTRABOOST 21 trainers.
The collaboration with the designer, who is also an activist for the protection of nature and animals, could not do without following the direction of responsible production. Moreover, the sports brand itself has committed itself to producing more and more footwear from recycled materials.
The adidas by Stella McCartney ULTRABOOST 21 upper is crafted from a series of high performance recycled Primegreen materials. - When creating them, at least 50% of recycled waste is used. The striking design of the model is complemented by reflective silver details that allow the sneaker to shine at any time of the day - in sunlight and in artificial light.
The launch of the collection is accompanied by an advertising campaign in which Oumi, a roller coaster and founder of the Jam Skate Club, and model and artist Anutida Ploipetch took part. In the photo and video, the heroines demonstrate a variety of physical activities - from running to rollerblading, against the backdrop of daytime and evening Berlin. The main idea of the campaign is to highlight the versatility of silhouettes, as well as to give a new perspective on movement - as part of a modern lifestyle essential for physical and mental health. All items of the collection are suitable both for sports and for creating an everyday urban look.
