Westfalika has updated its mobile application

Westfalika retail chain, part of Obuv Rossii Group of Companies, has launched a new version of its mobile application.

Westfalika application is compatible with IOS and Android operating systems and includes the basic functionality of an online store - viewing the assortment of goods using filters, the ability to place an order, place an order and track delivery. The mobile application makes it possible to order products presented in the Westfalika Instagram account. In addition to versions for smartphones, versions of the application for iPad and Android tablets have been released with an interface adapted for large diagonal screens.

“In the course of work on the Westfalika application, we used interface approaches, each of which works to increase the conversion to a purchase: maximum areas of clicking on interface elements so as not to aim your finger at small buttons, automatic focus on form fields, a prompt for choosing the right size, and most importantly - large and high-quality images of shoes, clothes and accessories - such that you want to buy the goods right away, - comments Denis Baluev, director of the Sequenia company, which developed the application.

GC "Shoes of Russia" was founded in 2003, has its headquarters in Novosibirsk and an office in Moscow. The company operates 851 stores (175 franchises) under the brands Westfalika, Pedestrian, Rossita, Emilia Estra and Lisette, and also develops footwear and clothing brands for an active lifestyle S-tep, all.go and Snow Guard and owns two footwear factories in the Novosibirsk region. In 2019, the group's revenue amounted to RUB 13,7 billion, net profit - RUB 1,7 billion, EBITDA - RUB 3,6 billion.
