Wildberries increased export turnover in 2020 to 23,7 billion rubles

In 2020, the export turnover of sellers of the large international online retailer Wildberries reached 23,7 billion rubles. In the past year, the online retailer started operating in Poland, Slovakia, Israel and Ukraine. At the moment the company operates in the markets of 10 countries.

It is noted that the most popular Wildberries among foreign buyers are clothing, beauty products, books, shoes, as well as food. The most dynamic growth in 2020 was for health products (sales growth in units yoy + 1246%), jewelry (+ 1201%), baby food (+ 1187%), food (+ 852%), sports nutrition and cosmetics (+ 793%).
 
The most demanded Russian goods in Poland are underwear and medical masks, in Slovakia - books and dresses. Buyers from Israel were the most active in purchasing Russian books and beauty products, and from Germany, where the company began operating in January 2021, - beauty care kits and board games.
 
Currently, the number of entrepreneurs exporting their goods through Wildberries is 19. The online retailer plans to continue its international expansion and enter the markets of France, Italy and Spain.
 
Wildberries Is the largest online retailer in Russia, operating on the market for 16 years. The geography of the company's presence covers ten countries: Russia, Poland, Slovakia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and others. Wildberries turnover in 2020 increased by 96% and reached 437,2 billion rubles. As of December 2020, more than 1,5 million orders are processed daily on Wildberries. The company has over 91 thousand partner and own points of issue of orders.
