Wildberries opened two new Center of expertise in Russia

Wildberries, an online retailer, is expanding the number of its own e-Commerce Expertise Centers that provide logistic and training functions. The last two opened in Lipetsk and Volgograd.

The Wildberries Centers accept goods from local suppliers, from where they are redirected to the main distribution centers of the company, and also take training courses on working with the wildberries.ru electronic platform.

The company notes that in the first half of 2019, the dynamics of sales of manufacturers in the Lipetsk region amounted to 454%, Volgograd - 93%. The opening of centers of expertise in Lipetsk and Volgograd should accelerate the growth of these indicators.

Wildberries examination centers open in July. Today launched eight of these points. Since the opening of the first Center, more than 1,5 thousand suppliers of the company have been trained. Wildberries centers also operate in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk.

Wildberries is the largest online retailer in Russia, operating on the market for 15 years. The geography of the company's presence covers five countries: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia. Wildberries turnover in 2018 amounted to 118,7 billion rubles, in the 1st half of 2019 - 85 billion rubles. The company employs over 25 people. About 000 thousand orders are made on Wildberries every day. Its own network of points of issue of orders has about 500 thousand points in five countries.

The range of Wildberries includes over 2,6 million products from 22 000 Russian and foreign brands: clothing and shoes, accessories, beauty products, children's products, appliances and electronics, home goods, jewelry, food, books and much more.
