Russian online retailer Wildberries has opened a new logistics center in Belgorod. The sorting center of the new format was opened jointly with local entrepreneurs as part of a partnership program: from 2021, thanks to its launch, small businesses can open logo objects throughout the country and earn money on processing orders and storing goods.
The launch of such facilities allows creating new jobs for residents of the regions, and also speeds up the delivery of orders to customers.
The opening of new logistics facilities also contributes to the development of local entrepreneurship. In the future, through the new sorting center, entrepreneurs of the Belgorod region will be able to supply their goods for sale in all regions of the country, which will allow them to significantly optimize their logistics costs, as well as expand their range on the online platform.
The company's press release notes that over the calendar year, since September 2021, the number of Belgorod entrepreneurs cooperating with Wildberries has doubled to 2 thousand, and their sales - by 3,5% year-on-year to 140 billion rubles .
The new Wildberries center in the Belgorod region is open at the address: Belgorod, st. Konstantin Zaslonov, 94a. Hours of Operation: XNUMX hours a day, XNUMX days a week.
Wildberries is strengthening its logistics infrastructure both independently and in cooperation with regional businesses: in 2022, the company opened 30 logo centers across the country. New facilities have been launched in 19 regions: Ivanovo, Novosibirsk, Lipetsk, Omsk, Saratov, Astrakhan, Ulyanovsk, Tomsk, Tula, Vologda, Lipetsk and Belgorod regions, the Moscow region, as well as in the Stavropol Territory, Udmurtia, North Ossetia, Altai Territory, Tatarstan and Chuvashia. The total area of the company's logistics centers exceeds 1 sq. m.
