Wildberries has reduced the commission for suppliers by half

The largest online store in Russia, Wildberrries, announced that the commission for partners was halved, from 38% to 19%. The new rules are in effect from March 2019. The company decided to reduce its own remuneration for the sale of goods under commission agreements and expects a significant increase in the number of new partners.

Suppliers of the largest online store in Russia today are 15 000 companies, including L'Oreal, Philips, Adidas, Geox, Mango, Lego and many others. The Wildberries assortment includes more than 2 mln SKU, in the company's warehouses there are more than 30 000 000 goods. Every day, the company processes about 400 thousand orders. More than 300 new suppliers join it monthly.

“The strategy of Wildberries is to provide the best service to customers, as well as to create and maintain comfortable and favorable conditions for doing business for our partners. We have simplified the interaction with the company as much as possible thanks to our portal for suppliers, and now with a significant reduction in commission, we plan to monthly increase the number of our new partners by 2 times. We believe that due to the reduction of various barriers - financial and bureaucratic - more and more companies, including individual entrepreneurs and companies will be able to successfully develop their business and even start it together with Wildberries, ”said Vyacheslav, Business Development Director of the largest online retailer Wildberries Ivashchenko.

It should be noted that at the end of the 2018 year, Wildberries turnover grew by 72% and reached 118,7 billion rubles. Key Wildberries business processes are carried out on our own portal for partners https://suppliers.wildberries.ru, which has become a multi-functional online platform for joint business. In real time, partners can control the main processes of the movement of goods, manage sales, generate marketing campaigns, generate reports and solve all emerging issues using the support service.

High turnover of goods is supported by Wildberries own logistics service, which delivers 80% of orders the next day, delivery of orders in 99% of cases is free. The company has 7 distribution centers in various regions of the country - from Kaliningrad to Khabarovsk - with a total area of 300 thousand square meters. m
