Unichel renews production

In July, as part of the annual expansion of production capacity, Unicel purchased new equipment. The factory received 5 new machines, including 2 new Italian-made presses. The new equipment will make it possible to provide high-quality high-heeled footwear at one of the 9 existing assembly lines.

The equipment fleet at the factory is constantly being updated. Today Unichel is one of the most technically equipped Russian light industry enterprises. This year alone, 74 production units were purchased for the company - semi-automatic machines for tightening the heel and toe parts of shoes, for wet-heat treatment, nailing of the heel, various cutting presses.

The fleet of sewing machines was also actively updated - in the first six months of 2012, 22 units were purchased, including the well-known German company Adler, which today is one of the leaders in this manufacturing sector. The work of machines is carried out using computer technology and is characterized by high performance. The buyer will appreciate the quality of sewing the workpiece: the line will become even more even and accurate.
