An Italian delegation arrived at the Unicel factory on a working visit to control the operation of the new automatic machines recently installed at the factory.
Italian experts have been cooperating with Unicel for over ten years, some of them have learned to speak Russian well. Dimetrio Biancucci comments: “We have been working with Unicel for a long time, supplying materials, equipment and components. We advise and support the company in design matters. The purpose of our visit today is technical control and inspection of equipment purchased in Italy. "
Over the past few years, special attention has been paid to technical re-equipment at the factory. At least twenty million rubles are invested annually in the purchase of new equipment. Among the new products is a press for cutting upper and lower parts of shoes of the Italian company ARES, the speed of which is higher by 30-40%; cutting complex “Talamonti” for the production of the main and inset insoles.
Another newcomer to the factory who has recently started work is a machine for automatically nailing the arch support to the insole using a metal block. Previously, the arch support was attached to the insole with glue. The block will make the mount more reliable. Such a machine allowed at times to increase the clarity of the installation and the reliability of fastening.
