Unichel holds a fair

For a few days Chelyabinsk will become Milan for footwear: from August 20 to 24, a shoe fair was opened in the city, which is traditionally held by one of the largest Russian manufacturers - the Chelyabinsk shoe factory "Unichel".

The fair brought together more than two hundred wholesale buyers from 130 cities of Russia, where today Chelyabinsk shoes are sold. Within a week they will have to choose models that will be sent to mass production.

The main goal of the fair is to form a new spring-summer range of footwear, which will go to Russian stores in the summer of 2013.

"Unichel" will present more than one and a half thousand new summer models, hand-sewn in a single copy. Sellers will have to select their favorite shoe samples, while providing fashion trends for the next summer, as well as taking into account the tastes, needs and size characteristics of each of their regions.

So, for example, the owners of the smallest legs are residents of Ulan-Ude, Izhevsk, Ufa and Kazan. The average male foot size here is 39-40, and the female 35-36. Holders of the most impressive foot sizes live in Orenburg and Orsk: men here put on 44-46 size shoes, and women mostly choose 39-41.

As a result of the order, the factory will determine production and capacity utilization plans for the upcoming 7 months of work, a supply and procurement plan for materials - leather, soles, accessories, threads and glue.
