Mila - wholesale footwear is negotiating with a representative of the Original Kids and Jungle brands to resume cooperation, which ended a year and a half ago due to the manufacturer's uncertainty in choosing a sales strategy.
The factory’s former focus on direct sales to retail store owners is hindering the resumption of relations now. So far, according to a number of parameters, the distributor does not fit into this distribution chain. For example, the manufacturer has deferred payments and commodity loans with low interest rates. In matters of prepayments and volume discounts, the parties have practically reached an agreement.
The history of Mila's cooperation with the Original Kids and Jungle brands goes back about 6 years. Before the break, the sales volumes of these products through the Ural distributor reached 47 thousand pairs of children's shoes per year. "If the factory accepts the conditions we proposed, these indicators can be raised to 70-100 thousand pairs per year," added the manager of Mila - wholesale footwear "Alexander Borodin.
