Over the past year, the number of vacancies in the Russian light industry has doubled

According to SuperJob, the number of vacancies in the fashion retail and light industry today is only slightly lower than in 2021 (by 14 and 9%, respectively). The increase in the number of vacancies compared to last year in the field of retail sales of clothing and footwear amounted to 15%. Vacancies in the light industry doubled over the year.

So the average salary of a sales assistant in Moscow (fix +%) is 67000 rubles, the maximum is 120 rubles. The average salary of a cashier in the capital is 000 rubles, the maximum is 60000 rubles, the average salary of a store administrator is 90000 rubles, the maximum is 85000 rubles.

In St. Petersburg, the level of salaries is slightly lower than in the capital. A salesperson in a clothing and footwear store receives an average of 55000 rubles, and the maximum salary level for this position is 100000 rubles; the cashier receives an average of 50000 rubles, and the maximum salary is 75000 rubles; the average salary of a store administrator is 70000, the maximum is 110000.

The growth of wages in light industry in Moscow and St. Petersburg ranged from 4% to 6%. So a design engineer earns in Moscow an average of 105 rubles a month, the maximum monthly salary for this specialty is 000 rubles; the average salary of a process engineer in the capital is 250000 rubles, the maximum is 95000 rubles; a quality engineer earns an average of 230000 rubles per month, and the maximum salary for this position is 95000 rubles. 

In St. Petersburg, the average salary of a design engineer is 85000 rubles, the maximum is 205000 rubles. The average salary of a process engineer is 78000 and the maximum is 190000 rubles. A quality engineer earns an average of 78000 rubles and a maximum of 125000 rubles. 

In Moscow, the salary of such specialists as: the head of the sales department, the tailor, the technologist of the garment production, the dessinator of the knitwear production starts from 150000 rubles. The salary of a garment production technologist ranges from 120000 - 180000 rubles. A designer of lingerie and clothing earns from 120000 rubles. The salary of a category manager ranges from 100 to 150 thousand rubles. A marketplace manager earns from 100000 rubles.
